Retail BWSR Retail is a business model where individual that sells goods or services directly to the final consumer for personal or household use. Our Retail division act as the last link in the distribution chain, purchasing products from wholesalers, distributors, or manufacturers and then selling them in smaller quantities to customers. We focus on providing convenience, accessibility, and customer service to attract buyers. We operate through physical stores such as supermarkets, department stores, specialty shops, or through online platforms like e-commerce websites. Our retailer division often engage in activities like product display, advertising, and after-sales service to enhance customer satisfaction, variety of goods in one location, making shopping easier for consumers. We also provide credit facilities, discounts, and personalized services to build customer loyalty. Our role is crucial because we directly influence the buying decisions of consumers and help manufacturers understand market demand and preferences.
BWSR Characteristics of Retail: Single Units or Small Quantities, Products are sold in the quantities that a single person or household would use. Higher Prices per Unit, retail price includes the retailer's costs (rent, staff, marketing) and their profit margin on top of the price. Final Consumer, transaction is with the person who will use the product, not resell it. Customer Experience is retail is heavily focused on marketing, store layout, customer service, convenience, and branding to attract and retain shoppers. Point-of-Sale (POS) of our retail transactions are finalized through a POS system, which is the cash register or online checkout page.
